Upon reading The Truth About Six Pack Abs I did find that the sheer amount of knowledge did get to be a little overwhelming, so I had to slow down. What helped me was to print off the ebook. Now I can break out my highlighter and highlight certain key points that I want to read again. Something else that I did was to put tabs inbetween each chapter, because I think Mike may have left out one important piece of information that every book contains, a table of contents, so I fixed this myself on my own version.
